Three Peaches was a concept that Kendra Bauser dreamt of since visiting Sicily about 13 years ago. There she experienced the most amazing gelato she'd ever had. She loved how natural it was. It was made with fresh fruits and natural ingredients. It was a product she wanted to make it better and dairy free since she is lactose intolerant, and bring to the states.
After another visit to Sicily, this time to study with the best Gelatiere in the region, Kendra mastered an authentic product that not only satisfies the sweet tooth but is actually good for you! 

After perfecting several basic dairy free bases she was ready to start, But it doesnt stop there.

She also wanted to create a coffee house with a different spin. Being a health nut and reaping the rewards of overcoming several health issues thorugh natural superfoods she saw the same trend blowing up. So she designed a menu of coffee drinks that also taste amazing, use certified, single origin coffee and infused them with superfoods. The concept is Bright and Beachy and we offer basic house made cold brews and coffee to fancier healthly lattes with ingredients like Mushroom extracts, collagen, maca, beet, raw cacao, MCT oil, ginger, butterfly pea, blueberry extracts etc!!

Three Peaches Coffee and Gelato was founded in 2019 by Kendra and her two peaches (daughters, Layla and Valentina) to create dairy-free, low-sugar superfood gelato and coffee drinks that satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt.
